BAS Successfully Commissioned an ASR Recovery Facility in Europe

BAS is proud to announce the successful commissioning of another turnkey ASR recovery facility in Europe. The plant, designed with a total capacity of 10 tph, has been developed for efficient separation and recovery of shredded automotive recycling materials.

The facility includes 70 meters of conveyor systems, 3 different separation units, as well as storage and feeding sections designed for various process requirements. The system incorporates BAS precision vibro feeders, low and high intensity magnetic separators, stainless steel separators and high-precision sensor-based sorting technologies.

Thanks to the newly commissioned facility, ASR materials are separated into 3 different product fractions and directly returned to the recycling economy. Throughout the project, BAS engineering teams focused on process optimization and application-specific design to achieve maximum operational efficiency.
