  • Domain Specialists:
    Our service team is staffed by personnel specialised in distinct technical disciplines such as electrical, mechanical and automation engineering. Every team is kept up to date through continuous training that follows the latest industry standards, supported by certified experts.
  • Commissioning & Technical Service:
    To ensure rapid and trouble-free project delivery, dedicated teams handle commissioning (installation, refurbishment, cold/hot testing) and technical service (fault clearance, maintenance and repair) separately. This separation lets each workflow operate at maximum efficiency and quality.
  • Rapid Response Times:
    • Domestic Service: Across Türkiye we plan same-day service for emergencies. Once scheduled, our response team is on-site within 48 hours to deliver uninterrupted support.
    • International Service: For international projects we guarantee a response within 5 calendar days, excluding any visa formalities, allowing us to address customer requests anywhere in the world.
