Metal Separators

Stainless Steel Separators
Stainless steel separators are used to separate even the most weakly susceptible paramagnetic metals (AISI 304, AISI 316, etc.). Their magnetic field is on average 10 times stronger than standard magnetic separators, and their separation capability is closer to materials with very low magnetic susceptibility than to ordinary ferrous magnetic materials.
Stainless steel separators come in different models according to material particle size and capacity. The belt width — which directly affects capacity — ranges from 1 m to 1.5 m. A vibratory pan that distributes material uniformly improves efficiency for flawless separation performance.
Stainless steel separators consist of a high-strength magnetic-field drum, an idler drum, a drive motor and a stainless steel main chassis.
