Vibratory Feeders

BAS electromagnetic and vibration-motor vibratory feeders deliver uniform linear striking force across the full pan width, with capacities from 0.1 t/h to 1,000 t/h. They can be manufactured from 100 mm to 2,500 mm wide and at any travel length appropriate to the application. Vibratory feeders convey materials to the next process or transport equipment in the desired stream and uniformity. With extensive experience, BAS vibratory feeders handle dry materials up to 25% moisture and particle sizes from ppm to 500 mm. Feeders can be manufactured in any required material with surface coatings such as PU, PE, HARDOX or stainless overlays. Equipment is supplied with IP65 control panels and drives.
