Ore Beneficiation Plants

Manganese ore is traditionally produced via:

• Grinding

• Classification by particle size and density and final product extraction

Resulting in industrial manganese ore.

For low-grade Mn and MnO₂ ores or those with low-particle-size mineralogical liberation:

• Primary crushing and screening

• High-intensity pre-magnetic beneficiation

• Fine grinding

• Pulp preparation

• High-intensity wet electromagnetic beneficiation

• Dewatering and filtration

Result in manganese at the targeted grade.
