Ore Beneficiation Equipment

High Intensity Wet Electromagnetic Filters

BAS high intensity electromagnetic filters are preferred for the separation of unwanted magnetic impurities and contaminants in non-magnetic materials. They provide maximum performance for separating low-susceptibility minerals (ilmenite, biotite, chromite, hematite, etc.) at 1.5–2.0 Tesla effective magnetic field strength.

Description

The difference between high-intensity electromagnetic filters and electromagnetic separators: with electromagnetic separators, pulp density can be adjusted and homogenised internally to reach the desired capacity, while filters have limited capacity and the pulp must be conditioned and fed before the equipment.
