Ore Beneficiation Plants

Hematite Ore Beneficiation
Hematite ore in our region is mostly produced as lump-ore beneficiation, with crushing plants forming the core of the process line.
Within hematite beneficiation plants for low-grade or impurity-bearing ore, the final hematite product is obtained at various particle sizes from the run-of-mine ore via:
• Primary crushing and screening
• High-grade lump hematite beneficiation
• Classification by particle size and density
• Pulp density preparation
• High-intensity magnetic beneficiation (with combined gravitational solutions if needed)
• Dewatering and filtration
• Final product and tailings extraction
These stages produce industrial hematite ore at various particle sizes and grades.
From design through all on-site implementation stages to final on-site training, BAS covers all phases for delivering products to domestic iron-and-steel mills and exports worldwide at international standards.
