BAS high intensity electromagnetic filters are preferred of the seperation magnetic impurities (ferro magnetics and paramagnetic materials) from non-magnetic ores and raw materials. It provides maximum opportunity for the separation of materials with low magnetic susceptibility (ilmenite, biotite, chromite, hematite, etc.) at 1.5 – 2.0 Tesla effective magnetic field intensity. The equipment automatically takes the raw material away from the empurities with full automation.
Difference of high intensity electromagnetic filters and electromagnetic separators;at separators pulp can be adjusted within the homogenization and can reach the desired capacity and in filters have limited capacity and must be adjusted and adjust pulp before equipment.
