Vibrofeeders

BAS Electromagnetic or vibratory feeders (vibro feeders / vibrating feeder) have capacities from 0.1 to 1,000 tph with equal and linear power across the entire width of the feeder surface. Vibro feeder equipment can have a width from 100mm to 2500mm and can be manufactured with sufficient particle walking length depending at the application demands.

Vibrating feeders move the materials in the homogeneous to the relevant process or transport equipment in the desired width. BAS vibrofeeders have extensive experience in handling materials from dry materials to 25% humidity, from ppm size to 500mm.
Vibrating feeders can be manufactured in the desired material and material coating such as PU, PE, HARDOX, additional stainless etc.can be applied over it.
Equipment is provided with IP65 panel and driver group.
