Taint tabor Recycling Application with BAS in Europe

BAS has successfully completed another high-performance application at a European recycling facility, focusing on the recovery of aluminum from industrial scrap. The system features eccentric and angle-adjustable rotors, which adapt to varying material flows, creating optimal magnetic interaction and significantly increasing separation efficiency.

The process line includes two eddy current separators with 24 and 48 poles, providing high-frequency magnetic fields that ensure superior metal recovery even in fine, heterogeneous, and complex fractions. This advanced configuration delivers fast, precise, and continuous separation performance, especially for challenging aluminum scrap types such as taint tabor. Thanks to the synergy between rotor design and pole configuration, the system operates at a stable separation capacity exceeding 20 tons per hour.

Adjustable belt speed, robust construction, and fully automated control mechanisms allow the process to remain reliably optimized, even under variable feeding conditions. Field results demonstrate that BAS eddy current separators increase metal purity while reducing operational costs.
