This new generation BAS EMF filter has a 40 kW capacity, operates at a low current speed, and features a bottom-feed system, marking a new era in ceramic production. It boasts a powerful 1.5 Tesla magnetic field and an adjustable matrix structure, which allows for optimal separation. A crucial step in ceramic production is removing all metal impurities from the system before firing. The BAS EMF filter excels at this, capturing and trapping even impurities smaller than 60 microns. It does this by minimizing the flow rate with its unique bottom-feed system.
