BAS Electromagnetic and Eddy Current Separators Again in South Korea

BAS electromagnetic separators and eddy current separators have been shipped once again to an industrial raw material processing facility in Seoul, the capital of South Korea. These advanced machines are set to be used in one of the largest industrial HDPE processing plants in the region. Their primary function is to separate all ferrous and non-ferrous metals from the system with the highest possible efficiency.

The BAS EMBS-C-100 electromagnetic separator is specifically designed to remove ferrous metals from the conveyor belt. This model stands out by offering the lowest power consumption values in its class, while also bringing the latest technology to your facility with its optional oil-tank-free applications.

Meanwhile, the BAS ECS-EC-1000-12-VF  model is responsible for separating all aluminum from the system. The BAS ECS-EC series of eddy current separators features an eccentric drum structure as standard. Thanks to high-precision manufacturing, they achieve the highest magnetic field values on the belt in their class. The adjustable drum angle and a three-axis flap system ensure high-efficiency separation. This project further demonstrates BAS’s commitment and reliability within the South Korean industry.
