The Burnt Magnetic Overband Separators Came Back to Life in Our Factory

The magnetic belt separators, which were brought to our factory in a burnt condition, have been put back into operation thanks to the meticulous work of our expert team. These machines play a critical role in the metallic mining, construction chemicals, and plastics industries, as they are essential for separating ferrous (iron-containing) and non-ferrous (non-iron-containing) metals from raw materials. However, magnetic belt separators exposed to fire and high temperatures can suffer significant performance loss. Through intensive maintenance and repair processes carried out in our factory, these devices have been restored to operate at high efficiency once again.

Diligent Maintenance Process: Regaining Magnetic Power

When the burnt magnetic belt separator arrived at our factory, it was first subjected to a thorough inspection by our expert team. The magnetic field strength was checked to determine if it had been affected by the fire, and where necessary, the magnetic blocks were re-magnetized to restore their original magnetic field intensity. This step is crucial to returning the separator to its original performance.
Additionally, burnt residues and carbon deposits that accumulated on the inner and outer surfaces of the device were meticulously cleaned. This cleaning process, particularly on the belt system and drum surfaces, is of great importance to ensure the device operates effectively once again.

Quick and Efficient Repair: Restoring Devices to Functionality in Short Time

During the repair process, all electrical components, connection cables, and sensors of the burnt magnetic belt separator were thoroughly inspected. Damages caused by the fire were identified, and faulty parts were promptly replaced to ensure the device operates safely and efficiently. Additionally, crucial components such as drums, bearings, and the belt system that suffered damage were replaced with original spare parts. This meticulous work has enabled the magnetic belt separators to perform at their peak once again.
Special care was also taken to ensure that the lubricants and other chemicals used during the repair were suitable for the operating conditions of the separators. This approach guarantees the long-term performance of the devices.
